  • Absolutely NO open flames (candles,smoking etc) are permitted inside or within 50ft of the tent.

  • Suitable for children (2-12 years)

  • Suitable for infants (under 2 years)

  • Not suitable for pets

  • No parties or events

  • Quiet Hours 11:00 pm

  • Visitors allowed until 11:00 pm

  • No overnight visitors

  • Smoking/vaping permitted outside of the tent by common BBQ area. Please use the sand pail provided.

  • Please do not touch or wipe the clear vinyl of the dome and windows as it is easily scratched.

  • There are natural boundaries of trees and brooks on the property that borders onto our neighbours' properties. Please respect these areas and do not trespass.

  • Please do not use the bathroom towels or bedding for outdoor use. A bin marked beach towels is located in the shared bathroom.

  • In order to minimize light pollution and provide less disruption to those who are stargazing, we ask you to cover your flashlight/cellphone light with a red filter (provided in the tent).

  • Open fires are not permitted. There is a common fire pit by the river for guests' use (when weather and fire restrictions permit).
