Rescheduling/Cancellation Policies

We understand life can happen. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance for your travels.

Astronomy Experiences: Nocturnal Sky Theatre

  • Cancel Anytime Before The Event: full refund.

  • If Deep Sky Eye cancels (any time): full refund (including same-day cancellations due to weather).

  • In the event that clouds roll in during the event and we do not get a chance to use the telescopes, a 50% refund will be given.

Overnight Accommodations: Sky Bubble, Family Sky Bubble, & Sky Cabin

  • Cancel 21+ Days prior to booking date: 100% refund less $25 cancellation fee. Reschedule with no penalty

  • Cancel 7-20 days prior to booking date: 50% refund. Reschedule: $15 admin fee

  • Less than 7 days prior to booking: No refund, Reschedule: not permitted. You may change the owner of the booking for a $20 admin fee.

  • NOTE: If there are extreme weather conditions issued by Environment Canada (for example: Thunderstorm warnings, or fire alerts) DSE may cancel with a 100% refund
