A very interesting formation. A tree in bloom with it's roots embeded in the soil. From what I'm told it get's most of it's water through water in the air due to fog. 

If you happen to be at Hopewell touring, just as you get to the bottom of the stairs, pass the large rock formations and turn left on the beach and walk about 5 min, look up and there you have it.
