Watch as the sky unfolds overhead, as shooting stars zip across the Milky Way, the Moon rises and airplanes and satellites dance in the sky.

Welcome to Atlantic Canada's first Sky Bubble Hotel @ Deep Sky Eye Observatory!

The Sky Bubble is a heated 16-foot positive pressure tent with an 11-foot clear vinyl dome sitting on a 20’x20’ wooden deck. Walk into the bubble by entering a wooden airlock door system. The door can be locked for privacy. Inside there is a queen size bed, a table and chairs, a small nightstand, and power bar to plug in your devices. Amber colour LED lights outline the cushioned floor. There are four clear vinyl windows with curtains along the inside of the tent. Outside, the blower runs continuously to keep the tent inflated. At night, the blower can be turned to a low setting and a vent closed for a quieter sleep. A backup gas generator is used in the event of a power failure.
Feel free to explore the 5-acre property. There is a common area with a propane barbecue for your use. Your own picnic table is located next to the tent. The tent is located close to the river. There is a common fire pit by the river with nightly campfires (when weather and fire restrictions permit). Bring your marshmallows! Come drop your fishing line into the river or take a kayak trip and explore nature at its best.
There is a shared bathroom & shower a short walk up the hill.
The property contains fenced off rock foundations. For your safety, please do not enter these areas.
There are natural boundaries (ex: streams) around the property. Please do not cross these areas as they border our neighbours’ properties.

House Rules
There are natural boundaries of trees and brooks on the property that borders onto our neighbours' properties. Please respect these areas and do not trespass.
Please do not use the bathroom towels or bedding for outdoor use. A bin marked beach towels is located in the shared bathroom.
In order to minimize light pollution and provide less disruption to those who are stargazing, we ask you to cover your flashlight/cellphone light with a red filter (provided in the tent).
Open fires are not permitted. There is a common fire pit by the river for guests' use (when weather and fire restrictions permit).

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: In order to receive a refund, you must purchase "Peek Protect" which covers 80% of your booking, on the checkout page. See “Peek Protect Terms” “Peek Protect” is only valid for the date of booking. You have up to 24 hours of the original date to cancel and receive the specified refund.
RESCHEDULING: Only available if you have purchased 'Peek Protect'. Please follow the provided links from Peek Protect to cancel and reschedule your booking.
NOTE: Sky Eye reserves the right to cancel and refund your booking (on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Example: Severe weather warnings issued by Environment Canada.
